If your Dashboard is displaying the message "Not In Sync" on your Vault then we will need to take a few steps to determine what is causing the Vault to not sync with the server.
- The first step is to click on the dropdown menu and go to Show Activity Log
- In the Activity Log look through the results to see what is preventing the Vault from syncing
- Some of the possible issues:
- Permission Denied
- Time Modification Error
- Error Querying File Information
