In some cases AVG antivirus will block the SAgent3 file, which prevents Filecloud from making a connection. When you have a "no connection"error and in the activity log you see the same error as below, that means AVG is interupting Filecloud.

How to solve:
- go to AVG options and select virus vault
- the SAgent3.exe file will be in there
- select the file, and click restore (bottom left)
